2008: Christine Kepenekian had a true breakout season, emerging as the team’s second–leading rebounder (6.1) and third–leading scorer (12.1)... started 19 games while appearing all 29 contests...led the team in scoring four times over the course of the year...reached double–digit point totals 19 times, including breaking the 20+ point barrier three times...led the team in rebounding nine times, dishing out 10+ assists five times...recorded an assist in 23 contests while leading the team in helpers five times...finished second on the team with five double–doubles...recorded three career–bests against Loyola Marymount University (12–28–07) with 36 points, 16 rebounds and 14 made field goals...opened the season with a 24–point performance against San Diego, including going a perfect 10 for 10 from the free–throw line.

2007: Kepenekian made it all the way back from injury problems that hampered her early career, playing in careers highs of 26 games and 347 minutes in 2007...made her first three collegiate starts as a sophomore...narrowly missed her first collegiate double–double twice with nine points and 10 rebounds at San Francisco State (12–1–06) and nine points and a career–high 11 boards at Cal State Dominguez Hills (2–17–07)...made a career–high four steals in a win over Hawaii Pacific (11–17–06)...also made her first collegiate block in that game.

2006: After two seasons on the medical shelf, Kepenekian finally made her Roadrunner debut in 2006...got her feet wet by appearing in 23 games...reached double–figure scoring by scoring 11 points twice: first against Holy Names University (12–29–05) and later vs. Cal State Stanislaus (1–27–06)...also grabbed a season–high seven rebounds in the win over Stanislaus...scored in 15 of her 23 appearances...is an adept three–point shooter who made multiple treys on three occasions in 2006...averaged nearly one steal per game with six multi–steal nights...pulled down multiple rebounds 16 times.  

2004 & 2005:
Two consecutive preseason injury forced Kepenekian to redshirt both the 2004 and 2005 seasons.

High School:
Kepenekian brings sound fundamentals and a scorer’s mentality to the ’Runners after a solid prep career at Burbank HS...she earned a bevy of postseason honors including all–area player of the year, team MVP and first team All–Foothill League...averaged 24 points and 13 rebounds per game as a senior...played four seasons of varsity ball for the Bulldogs.

Personal:
Kepenekian graduated from CSUB with a degree in criminal justice...is currently pursuing her masters in public administration.
