2007: Robert Rose saw his playing opportunities steadily increase during his freshman season, when he appeared in 17 of CSUB’s final 26 games...totalled season–highs five rebounds and two assists in his first collegiate appearance at San Francisco State (12–1–06)...chipped in a season–high eight points in just seven minutes of a win over Cal State Stanislaus (2–10–07)...committed just three turnovers in his 17 appearances.

Laurinburg Prep/Sheldon High School: Rose finished his prep career with a season at Laurinburg Prep in North Carolina...that followed a three–year career at Sacramento’s Sheldon High School...played with Duke University star Demarcus Nelson at Sheldon...led the Huskies to a pair of postseason appearances including the CIF Sac–Joaquin Section finals...averaged 20.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game as a senior...three–time first team All–Delta League selection and two–time all–city selection...made all–tournament at every prep tournament he played in including the Glascow–Smith–Cline national tournament.

Personal: Rose is a business administration major...entered CSUB with a 3.00 grade point average.
