BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Season tickets for the 2010 CSUB Basbeall season are now available for purchase. Reserve your seat today and don't miss any of the action as the Roadrunners take to Hardt Field for 28 home games this spring.
Ticket packages for the 28 games (27 dates) are $130 and just $110 for current Roadrunner Club members. That's a savings of more than $100 for the season.
In just their second year of existence, the Roadrunners boast a highly competitive slate of 56 games. The season opens Friday, Feb. 19 with CSUB hosting Air Force at 2 p.m. Teams continue play with a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. and conclude the four-game series Sunday at 1 p.m.
The following weekend (Feb. 26-28), the Roadrunners host Pac-10 member Cal, Central Michigan and Saint Mary's in a round-robin tournament.
Additional weekend series opponents include Northern Illinois (Mar. 5-7), Nevada (Mar. 12-14), San Jose State (Mar. 19-21), UC Davis (Apr. 16-18) and Pacific (May 14-16). Valley rival and 2008 College World Series Champion Fresno State comes to town on Apr. 2 and 3, while additional single-game opponents include Stony Brook (Mar. 31), Cal State Northridge (Apr. 9), Loyola Marymount (Apr. 27) and UC Santa Barbara (May 4).
