BAKERSFIELD, Calif.—The CSU Bakersfield men’s soccer team has announced a pair of events that will benefit the community and the Roadrunner program.

On Apr. 22, CSUB will host “Kicks for a Cause” against two-time and defending NCAA Division I men’s soccer champion Stanford. Fans are encouraged to bring a piece of gently used soccer equipment to the game. The Cardinal Head Coach is Jeremy Gunn, a former CSUB All-American and assistant coach.

On May 4, the Roadrunners will host the annual “Brains of Bakersfield.” This yearly tradition moves from the Icardo Center to Lengthwise location on 7700 District Blvd in Bakersfield. Questions will feature general knowledge, sports, and movies. Cost is $400 with dinner provided by Lengthwise.
