FRESNO, Calif.--Jeff McKenzie (Jr., El Dorado Hills, Calif., San Joaquin Delta College) tossed his third complete game of the season as CSU Bakersfield (18-18) defeated Fresno State (16-20) 8-1 Saturday night. McKenzie scattered nine hits as he picked up his third win of the year (3-4).

Kevin Younger’s (Jr., Bakersfield, Calif., Liberty HS) two-RBI double highlighted a three-run CSUB rally in the top of the first inning. Dylan Christensen (Jr., Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., Saddleback College) and Frank Martinez (Jr., Riverside, Calif., East L.A.
