The Roadrunners will open the season with an exhibition against Stanislaus State on November 7 at 7 P.M. in the Icardo Center. The Roadrunners and Warriors were former conference-mates in the CCAA when the Roadrunners were an NCAA Division II program. The ‘Runners open their regular-season on Nov. 11 at UTEP before returning home for their official home opener on Tuesday, Nov. 14 vs. Fresno Pacific.

Other non-conference home games for the Roadrunners will be Cal State Fullerton on Nov. 22, Whittier College on Dec. 16, Nebraska-Omaha on Dec. 18 and UC Irvine on New Year's Eve.

The Roadrunners have played a very-tough preseason schedule the last several years and have maintained competiveness this season but scaled back in terms of road games against teams from Power 5 Conferences.

“I am very excited about the schedule that we have this season. It will still be very competitive, but we will have only one Pac-12 team to face, which is a return game to Stanford,” McCall said. “The other non-conference teams will be tough but will prepare us for another exciting and challenging conference schedule in the WAC.”

CSUB opens Western Athletic Conference play at home on Saturday, Jan. 6 when they host Utah Valley at 1 P.M. The ‘Runners will spend the following week of WAC play on the road at UTRGV and NM State before turning home for a season-long three-game home stand when they host UMKC on Jan. 18, Chicago State on Jan. 20 and Seattle U on Jan. 27.
