BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--For the second time this season, the CSU Bakersfield baseball team travels to Cal State Northridge on Monday.

The Roadrunners (19-9) defeated Cal State Northridge 5-3 Mar. 19 in Northridge. The all-time series is tied 6-6. The Matadors travel to Bakersfield Apr. 10.Cal State Northridge dropped 2-of-3 to Long Beach State over the weekend in Big West action. The Matadors are 12-14 on the year. Nate Ring continues to lead the team in hitting (.355). Miles Williams has hit a team leading seven home runs.

Mylz Jones (Fr., Palmdale, Calif., Paraclete HS) tied Jeremy Rodriguez’s (2010) school record for longest hitting streak with 19 with a pair of hits Mar. 30 against New Mexico State.
