CSUB student-athletes also donate over 3,000 community service hours to Bakersfield and Kern County while helping market the region with the unmatched national exposure they receive while competing for CSUB.

The Bakersfield Ronald McDonald House opens its doors to the families of seriously ill children being treated at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and other nearby medical facilities. CSUB student-athletes regularly visit BRMH to deliver gifts during the holidays, perform clean up and yard work around the facility and interact with families staying at the house.
