BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--CSU Bakersfield's Kory Kindle (Ventura, Calif., Ventura HS) has been selected as 1-of-54 NCAA DIvision I Men's Soccer Players to participate in the 2013 adidas MLS Player Combine.
The combine will take place in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. from Jan. 11-15. All invited players will be eligible for selection in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft presented by adidas which will take place Jan. 17 in Indianapolis, Ind. (12 p.m. EST).
A committe of NCAA Division I coaches from every conference, as well as MLS representatives, selected the invitees, all of who completed their college eligibility this season. Generation adidas signings, non-collegiate players, and additional college seniors will be announced in the coming weeks.
Kindle was selected first team All-Conference as a senior after earning second team All-Conference honors as a junior. Kindle was an honorable mention All-Conference selection as a sophomore. Kindle is also a two-time Academic All-Conference selection. In 72 matches as part of the CSUB program, Kindle scored 13 goals (six as a senior). He also added five assists for a total of 31 career points.
