“The major difference in the 2013 schedule from previous years is that we are now in the Western Athletic Conference,” said CSUB head coach Bill Kernen. “This means playing the other nine teams and a conference tournament to determine the automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals. The other highlight this year is the opening weekend, which features consecutive games in Bakersfield with Nebraska, USC and Cal State Fullerton. Obviously, we will get an early read on where we are as a team by playing those prestigious programs.”
CSUB is still finializing final plans for season and single game ticket sales. Those plans should be finalized later on in the Fall and be available for sales this Winter. Please note as with all our outdoor events at CSUB, games, times, and dates are subject to change.
