Marcus Brown, Associate Athletic Director for Compliance & Academic Services

  Brown comes to CSUB from Pepperdine University where he served in a similar role for the Waves overseeing both NCAA and West Coast Conference compliance  issues since 2003.

   At CSUB, Brown is responsible for the development, implementation,     and  maintenance of strategies related to compliance with NCAA, as       well as student-  athlete eligibility, and financial aid while serving as a     liaison between the NCAA  and the athletic department. He also supervises the sport of water polo at CSUB.  Brown holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Law Degree from Pepperdine.

 Cindy Goodmon, Associate Athletic Director, Senior Women's  Administrator

  Cindy Goodmon was named senior women's administrator in the          Summer of 2011. With her new responsibilities Goodmon overseas Title  IX issues as related to Roadrunner Athletics and is the primary  administrator for CSUB's 11 women's teams. Goodmon also directly  supervises the sports of women's basketball, softball and men's and  women's swimming and is involved in the facilities and finance  operations of the department. A member of the NCAA Committee for Recruiting and Staffing Issues.

Kenneth "Ziggy" Siegfried, Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations

Kenneth “Ziggy” Siegfried was named the Senior Associate Athletics Director for CSU Bakersfield in March of 2012. In this role, he oversees all aspects of development/fundraising, provides sport oversight for men’s and women’s golf, and oversee the Athletics Department in the absence of the Director of Athletics.

Siegfried arrived in Bakersfield from the University of Memphis where he had spent the previous eight years. During his time at the University of Memphis he held various positions including serving on the Senior Staff in the Athletics Department and most recently serving as the Senior Director of Development for the Fogelman College of Business & Economics.

 Karen Langston, Associate Athletic Director for Advancement

 Langston oversees CSUB's fundraising efforts including the Roadrunner  Scholarship Fund and the various sports-specific funds inside CSUB  Athletics. Langston, who has previously handled many areas of  Roadrunner Athletics including game day promotion and marketing will  now spearhead the department's efforts in fund raising and major gifts.  She also supervises the sports of women's soccer and wrestling .

Keith Ford, Assistant Athletic Director Internal Operations

Keith Ford came to CSU Bakersfield after successful Associate Athletic Director stints at the University of Akron, Texas-San Antonio and ticketing positions in professional organizations like the Florida Marlins, Buffalo Bison and Fresno Grizzlies.

Ford is responsible for overseeing ticket sales at Roadrunner events, presale and group tickets along with ensuring a positive experience at Roadrunner Athletics facilities.

 Mark Mayes, Associate Athletic Director for Special Events

 Mark Mayes handles all special events and hospitality coordination for  some of the largest events every year for CSUB Athletics including the  Fall and Spring BBQs, Casino Night and Auction, student-athlete award  ceremonies and more. Mayes is also the sport supervisor for men's    soccer and plays a significant role for CSUB baseball overseeing field  operations for Hardt Field.

Corey Costelloe, Director of New Media and Broadcasting

 Costelloe joined the Roadrunner Athletics staff in the spring of 2011  after working closely with the University externally as a local media  member for eight years. Costelloe's duties include interactive and new media, video and audio production as well as play-by-play for CSUB  men's basketball and baseball on the Roadrunner Radio Network. Corey also handles much of the external media relations for the Roadrunners.

 Matt Turk, Sports Information Director

 Matt Turk handles sports information the majority of CSUB's 19 teams  and serves as the primary contact for women's basketball, baseball,  wrestling and swimming and diving. A sports information veteran with  stops at Simpson College and Marshall, Turk has helped CSUB  become more efficient in the area of Athletic Communications and provides valuable information to the large media market that cover Roadrunner Athletics.
