VALLEJO, Calif. ? The CSUB women's golf team concluded play at the Hiddenbrooke Intercollegiate Monday, turning in a final three-round team score of 1,060, good for 16th place in the 18-team field.

The Roadrunners' top finisher, Jenna Barnett placed 48th in the field of 102, carding scores of 90, 86 and 81 for a 257 total. Meggan Bellows tied for 68, shooting a 264 for the tournament, followed by Jennifer Beggs in a tie for 75th with a score of 268.

Jennifer Davison shot 275 to finish 91st and Ashley Neal shot 288 to finish 96th.

Central Arkansas led the field the entire tournament, finishing with a plus-85 949. Northern Arizona was second with a 963, Lamar University was fourth with a 966 and host Drake University finished fourth with a 969.

Nicole Forshner of Central Arkansas won the individual title with rounds of 74, 82 and 73 for a plus-13 229. Northern Arizona's Ali Carter and Drake's Kelly Goodwin tied for second with scores of 233 and Drake's Olivia Lansing was fourth at 235.

Bakersfield travels to take part in the Sacramento State Invitational Monday, Mar. 23 and Tuesday, Mar. 24, then concludes the 2009 season the following week at the Lady Otter Invitational, hosted by Cal State Monterey Bay.
