FRESNO, Calif. - The CSUB men's golf team battled cold temperatures and windy conditions Monday on the first day of the Lexus Classic Golf Tournament hosted by Fresno State. CSUB shot rounds of 321 and 314 (635) at Belmont Country Club in Fresno, Calif.

Senior Adam Frey shot rounds of 80 and 76 to lead the Roadrunners.

UC Davis and the University of Washington are tied for the team lead at 584.

Play will continue tomorrow with the third and final round.
