DENVER, Colo.--Bakersfield's Jeff McKenzie (Sr., El Dorado Hills, Calif., San Joaquin Delta College) earned his fourth Western Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week honor May 6.

McKenzie improved to 11-1 on the season as he recorded his fourth complete game shutout of the year to lead the Roadrunners past Louisiana Tech May 3. The 6-0 lefty scattered three hits as he struck out five while only walking one. McKenzie only faced four above the minimum and allowed only one runner to reach second base.

Bakersfield returns home for the final time this season when the Roadrunners take on Seattle University beginning Friday night at 6 p.m.
