Taylor Jordan
Volunteer Assistant Coach
Taylor Jordan is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach at CSU Bakersfield. She recently graduated from CSUB with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and is currently working on a masters in educational counseling. She doubles as a graduate assistant for the ‘Runner marketing and promotions department.
Jordan has spent the last three seasons playing in the Women’s Premiere Soccer League. In 2014, she competed for the Fresno Freeze after spending two years with the California Heat.
Before starting her professional career, Jordan enjoyed a four-year collegiate career with the Roadrunner women’s soccer team from 2010-14. As a midfielder, she started in 58 matches for CSUB while appearing 74 times in her career.
A native of Tulare, Calif., Jordan was a standout performer for Tulare Union High School. She also contributed to the South Valley United Club Team as well as the California Odyssey. While playing for the Odyssey, Jordan helped lead the club to win the 2009 National Cup Regional Championship and place as finalists at the National Cup.
