Please keep your ticket stub with you at all times. Venue personnel may ask you to show your ticket stub at any time to validate entry into CSUB athletics events and to access venue event seating.
Re-entry into CSUB athletics events is allowed as long as the customer presents his or her ticket stub to the proper entrance attendant upon re-entry. Any customer who fails to show a ticket stub will not be granted re-entry.
In athletics events where seat-specific tickets are issued, guests will sit in their ticketed seat location and show their tickets to gameday personnel upon request. If a guest is found seated in another patron's seat, they will be asked to move. If a guest is repeatedly found sitting in a seat location that is not designated on their ticket, they may be subject to ejection from the event.
Seating for Individuals with Disabilities

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
We ask that you keep your purchased tickets secured. Treat tickets like money - keeping them in a safe location at all times. CSUB venues will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged tickets at the box office once gates have opened for the event. CSUB season ticket holders may contact the CSUB Athletics Ticket Office in relation to lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and requests will addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Counterfeit and Secondary Market Tickets
Please be aware that tickets not obtained through a properly authorized agency or from sources other than a representative of the University may possibly be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases, will not be honored. These ticket may not be replaced if lost, destroyed, or stolen.
Utilizing CSUB Tickets for Business Purposes
The ticket holder may not enter the event or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways) without the express written consent of California State University Bakersfield or CSUB Athletics. CSUB Athletics reserves the right to deny entry to any person who obtains this ticket through unapproved advertising, promotion, giveaway, or other commercial purpose.
Disruptive Behavior & Indecent Attire
Each ticket issued is a revocable license and CSUB Athletics reserves the right, without any refund of the purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any individual from the event venue at any time, for any reason permitted by law. Guests who engage in activities deemed disruptive or dangerous to others, such as fighting, throwing objects, use of foul or abusive language, use of obscene gestures, or attempts to enter the playing surface, may be immediately ejected from the venue. Guests with obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing, or those who appear to be intoxicated, will not be granted access to any CSUB athletics venues or events or may be forced to leave if they are already inside the venue.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the athletics venue, including seating sections, aisle ways, concourses, restroom facilities, and office/storage areas. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to ejection from the facility.
The following items listed below are not permitted into CSUB athletics venues or events and CSUB will not store them on behalf of the patron during the course of an athletics event.
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances
- Outside food & beverage
- Outside bottles, containers, or coolers
- Laser pointers
- Firearms, explosives, knives, tazers, or weapons of any kind
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by CSUB Athletics
Personal Bag and Property Searches
The ticket holder and their property are subject to inspection by security personnel and may be searched upon entry into the venue. If unauthorized or prohibited items are discoved, they will be asked to take the items back to their vehicle or they may be confiscated. Guests found in posession of the above-listed items will be asked to dispose of it or remove it from the venue. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the venue. By tendering a ticket and entering the facility, all patrons consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they might have against California State University Bakersfield, CSUB Athletics, its affiliates, or its agents. Any guest who elects not to consent to bag or property searches will be denied entry into the venue.
Service Animal Policy
All animals and pets are normally restricted at CSUB athletics events. However, under federal law, service animals are not excluded from athletics events or activities as long as they meet the guidelines set forth in this policy. Service animals are defined as animals that are specially trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities such as blindness, deafness, limited mobility, seizures, etc. Service animals are working animals, not pets.
Personal Injury and Property Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks with respect to the danger of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occuring prior to, during, or after the event (either inside or outside the venue). CSUB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
